How to make it

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until you have a thick smoothy texture.
  • Pour mixture into a freezer storage bag and place in freezer.
  • Take bag out and knead the bag approx. every 30-40 minutes for the first 2 hours. This will keep the ice crystals small in your sorbet.
  • Let the sorbet set overnight or not les than 10 hours before serving.
