Ingredients
  • 1 C. chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 C. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 C. corn syrup
  • 1/3 C. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 C. pecan pieces
  • 1/2 C. sugar

Directions
  1. Line cookie sheets with waxed paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in microwave, starting with 20 seconds, stirring and going again for 10 seconds intervals, then stirring again until melted.
  3. In a medium sized bowl, mix melted chips, powdered sugar, corn syrup,water and extract with a wooden spoon.
  4. Stir in cookie crumbs and pecans until blended.
  5. Shape by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. (if too crumbly add a tiny amount of water).
  6. Roll in sugar.
  7. Place on cookie sheets.
  8. Store in airtight container.
