How to make it

  • In medium bowl combine crumbs, onion, pepper, garlic, oil, oregano, salt, pepper and water.
  • Pull leaves of artichokes down and fill each leaf with 1 teaspoon stuffing.
  • Place artichokes in saucepan then pour 1" water and bring to boil.
  • Cover and simmer 50 minutes basting often and adding additional water if needed.
