How to make it

  • Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper then add to skillet and sauté 3 minutes.
  • Using slotted spoon transfer salmon to plate.
  • Add garlic to same skillet and sauté 30 seconds then add mushrooms and sauté 2 minutes more.
  • Add green onions, tomato, wine and capers then cook 5 minutes.
  • Add linguine, dill, lemon juice and salmon then toss well and season to taste.
