Elaines Peppers Carrot And Onion

Again, please remember I don't measure ingredients. I only measure the TASTE! The beef cowboy steak was roasted in the oven; the pepper part of this dish was sauteed.
Ingredients
- approximately 1/4 sweet green pepper shopping list
- Approximately 1/4 sweet red pepper shopping list
- Approximately 1/4 cooking onion, sliced shopping list
- Approximately 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 cowboy steak shopping list
How to make it
- Saute until peppers and onions are softened, and carrots still have some crunch left. (el dente)
- I slowly roasted cowboy steak in the oven, set at 325*F for about one hour.
