I was looking for a simple vinegrette that I could tweak to an asian vinegrette, and got side tracked. I found this in my mom's 1962 Better Homes and Gardens Cook Book. This would be great on a mixed melon salad, or a tuna salad, or chicken.....

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp Lemon or Lime Juice
- 3 Tbsp Honey (We like our local wild flower honey!)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp lemon or lime zest (optional)
- 1 tsp ground ginger (optional)
Directions
- Wisk all together and chil until ready to use.
