This is what I pulled my mom's 1962 Better Homes and Garden Cook Book out for. Mike wanted lemonade when it was hot. Now the kids have a lemonade stand. Only 25 cents
Ingredients
How to make it
- Combine sugar and 1 cup water to make a simple syrup. Cool and store in fridge.

- To make lemonade:
- In a tall glass, combine 2-3 Tbs simple syrup, and 1 1/2 Tbs lemon juice.
- Stir in 1 cup cold water.
- Add ice and enjoy
