How to make it

  • With a meat mallet, beat pork chop until tender and thin.
  • Coat with flour and place in deep fryer, allowing it to cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Cut into strips and add to scooped out baked potato.
  • Add cheddar, cream cheese, and bacon to taste.
  • Bake potato once more for about 5-10 minutes.
  • Add The Lady's House Seasonings and seasoning salt to taste.
  • Add melted butter as topping

    LOl the recipe was just as it is here. Use a mallet when beating the chop. Yes, use the scooped out potato in the mixture. Lucy

    I'm confused too. Sounds interesting though, so could you possibly review it and edit? Do you use the "scooped out" potato and mix with the cheeses?

    OK, I think I have it!! And it does sound good.
    Add the strips to the "scooped out potato FILLING", mix all that together and stuff the shell. My hubby wouldn't like this at all, but I'll find someone who will try it with me!!

    I guess I am confused about this recipe. How is this a fried bake potato? I see that she is adding a fried pork chop to this but the potato isn't really fried is it? Also, with beating the pork chop, are we using a mallet or just being mean to the poor thing? lol
