Sausage And Ricotta Stuffed Shells Recipe
I came up with this one on a whim when I wanted to do something different with sausage.

Ingredients
  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb. ground sausage browned and drained
  • spaghetti sauce
  • shredded Mozzerella

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees
  2. boil shells until just al dente'
  3. mix ricotta with sausage
  4. pour a small amount of sauce in bottom of pan and spread evenly
  5. fill shells with sausage and cheese mixture and place in pan
  6. pour more sauce on top of shells as much as desired
  7. sprinkle with mozzerella
  8. bake at 350 for 20 min or until cheese is melted and gooey
