How to make it

  • Comined first 3 ingredients, then add in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Beat together, spoon into greased muffin pans
  • bake at 400F for about 12 mins, cool slightly, then remove from pans.
  • Dip tops into 2 tbs melted butter, then into 1/4 c sugar with 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
  • Makes about 24 muffins.
