Sweet Cheesey Spaghetti Squash

- 1 large spaghetti squash shopping list
- 4 Tbl. butter shopping list
- 5 oz. grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- dark brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Split squash in half lengthwise, and clean out seeds.
- Place squash cut side down in a baking pan with about 2 1/2" of water.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes, adding water as needed to pan.
- Remove sqaush from pan and empty any water left in it.
- Replace squash in the pan cut side up, and shred the sqash with a fork.
- Leave the shredded "spaghetti" in the shell.
- Add enough brown sugar to cover all the squash.
- Dot the squash with butter and cover the tops with the cheddar.
- Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is completely melted and the sugar bubbles through a bit.
- Serve.
