How to make it

  • Boil chicken till meat comes off easily
  • melt Velvetta with Rotel
  • in a casserole dish or big baking dish, put a layer of chips then a layer of chicken and a layer of cheese/rotel. Repeat till dish is full or your out of ingredients. I like to crush a handful of chips and sprinkle it on top. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes till it's bubbly and a little brown on top.
  • **the prep time is a guess, I've never really timed how long it took to melt/cook everything**
