- 235 ml half-and-half cream shopping list
- 50 g sugar shopping list
- 3 ml vanilla extract or flavour of choice shopping list
- 950 ml coarsely crushed ice cubes shopping list
- 215 g rock salt shopping list
- three sizes of resealable bags shopping list
How to make it
- in a smallest bag, combine the cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Press out air and seal.
- In meduim bag, combine the ice and salt
- add the sealed small bag. Seal the large bag;
- place these in the largest of the bags and seal.
- Shake and knead for 5-7 minutes or until cream mixture is thickened. Serve immediately or freeze.
