Never Fail Pavlova Recipe
This is classic down-under dessert, that can be topped with all manner of fresh fruits for variety. Try kiwi, berries, mandarin, passionfruit .......

Ingredients
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 2 t. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 Tblsp. boiling water

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together, and beat for 15 minutes.
  2. Put on paper in the oven at 325-350F for 10 minutes, then turn the oven off.
  3. Leave pavlova in the oven for a further hour.
  4. Just before serving, top with whipped cream and decorate with fresh fruit of your choice
