Never Fail Pavlova

- 4 egg whites shopping list
- 2 t. vanilla shopping list
- 2 t. vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 Tblsp. boiling water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together, and beat for 15 minutes.
- Put on paper in the oven at 325-350F for 10 minutes, then turn the oven off.
- Leave pavlova in the oven for a further hour.
- Just before serving, top with whipped cream and decorate with fresh fruit of your choice
