How to make it

  • Cook the rice in your 2 cups of water and set aside to cool.
  • Mix together well rice, beans, celery, onion, red pepper, jalapeno, cilantro, corn.
  • Add Italian dressing and mix well.
  • Refrigerate overnight and serve cold.

    Great recipe! We love the individual flavors-I'm sure we'll love it like this. Thanks for the recipe. I'll try it with Lilliancooks Lite Italian Dressing.
