  • BEEF BRISKET
  • ONIONS
  • SEASONS-SALT,PEPPER,GARLIC POWDER,BRISKET RUB
  • LARGE CAN V-8 OR BLOODY MARY MIX

Directions
  1. PLACE WHOLE BRISKET FAT SIDE UP IN LARGE PAN-TURKEY ROASTER
  2. SEASON WELL
  3. ADD SPICEY V 8 OR BLOODY MARY MIX - ABOUT 1 INCH UPON MEAT
  4. COVER AND COOK IN OVEN AT 225 TO 250 DEGREES
  5. COOK OVERNIGHT OR 8 TO 10 HRS.
  6. COOL AND CHILL JUICES-IN ICE BOX SKIM OFF ALL FAT RE-SEASON THICKEN IF DESIRED BY ADDING CORNSTARCH AND H2O MIX AND BRINGING TO BOIL
  7. TRIM ANY EXCESS FAT AND SERVE WITH DEFATTED GRAVEY AND SIDES
