How to make it

  • Pre-heat your oven to 350 and prep a baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • Bake the squash cut side down for 35 minutes or until it's tender.
  • Turn it over and season with the salt and pepper and dot it with the butter, add a little brown sugar and cinnamon mixture to each of the four halves.
  • Bake for 20 more minutes and then serve.
