How to make it
- Boil the milk with the lemon peel, cinnamon and sugar.
- Boil the pasta for 5 minutes.
- Had the pasta to the milk and boil until the pasta is very tender (not al dente!).
- When cooked, had the butter and the egg yolks and stir well.
- Serve in a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon when cold.
