How to make it

  • Boil the milk with the lemon peel, cinnamon and sugar.
  • Boil the pasta for 5 minutes.
  • Had the pasta to the milk and boil until the pasta is very tender (not al dente!).
  • When cooked, had the butter and the egg yolks and stir well.
  • Serve in a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon when cold.
