Ingredients

10 medium potatoes

3/4 cup milk

1 large onion

1 1/4 stick oleo

1/2 lb American cheese

2 slices bread

1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions

Peel and cut potatoes into medium size pieces. Boil. Combine 1 stick oleo and milk in pan. Cook until oleo melts. Add cubed cheese, diced onion and cubed bread. Fill a buttered 13x9 pan with potatoes and milk mixtured. Sprinkle chips on top. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 stick melted oleo. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
