How to make it

  • Skin the chicken breast
  • Cut it lengthwise, almost in half...
  • insert the ham and Gruyere cheese
  • salt and pepper before closing
  • Secure with toothpicks
  • place into a baking dish
  • bake at 350*F until tender and lightly browned
  • The Sauce:
  • melt some additional Gruyere cheese with butter, parsley (your preferred amount) and dry red wine
  • For each additional two breasts you prepare, add 1 tbsp butter, i ounce of Gruyere, and one ounce wine
  • ENJOY!
