- 6 egg yolks
- 4 eggs
- 200 gr sugar
- 100 gr flour
Directions
- With the electric robot mix the eggs and sugar for 15 minutes.
- Add slowly the flour and stir with a spoon very gently.
- Bake for 15 minutes (the center should be uncooked!).
