Ingredients
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 100 gr flour

Directions
  1. With the electric robot mix the eggs and sugar for 15 minutes.
  2. Add slowly the flour and stir with a spoon very gently.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes (the center should be uncooked!).
