This is an easy snack recipe that I came up with today out of desperation for the three-year-old. He loves cooking and this was just something I made up as I went along. It turned out quite well and it's a pretty good idea!!

Ingredients
  • 1 packet Easy-Mac mac and cheese
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • A few cherry tomatoes, if desired
  • Italian dressing
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions
  1. Detach the cheese packet from the macaroni. Pour macaroni into microwave-safe dish, cover with 2/3 cup water, and microwave, uncovered, for 3 min. 30 seconds or until cooked.
  2. While cooking, cut the celery stalk into many tiny pieces. Slice the cucumber into tiny pieces and the tomatoes if desired.
  3. Once macaroni is cooked, drizzle with Italian dressing, add the veggies, and chill for about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve ASAP.
