Potato Souped-up Pork Chops Recipe

Potato Souped-up Pork Chops Recipe
I just randomly concocted this while looking in my pantry for something to have with some pork chops. It came out really tasty, so I was like, cool. It's super easy too.

Ingredients
  • 8 thin boneless pork chops (like the breakfast chops)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • dried organic garlic seasoning
  • 1 can of broccoli and cheese potato soup
  • french fried onions (optional)

Directions
  1. preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
  2. dip each pork chop in olive oil, and line them in a pyrex baking dish.
  3. give the chops a sprinkling of sea salt and pepper, then sprinkle the dried garlic over them. no need to be light-handed with it.
  4. bake the chops for about 30 minutes.
  5. while the chops are in the oven, heat soup over low heat.
  6. when the chops are done, take them out and let them sit for about five minutes. plate them alongside side dish of your choice (they were good with some english sweet peas) and spoon the soup over them.
  7. garnish with onions if you'd like.
  8. eat till you're full.
