Start with this easy basic rub and add other spices you enjoy. This is great for pork, poultry and beef

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder, or more if you like it spicy
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, or more if you like it very spicy
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Directions
  1. Mix everything together and store it in an airtight container.
