- (1-1/2) POUNDS OF beef sirloin,CUT IN (1/4) CUBES shopping list
- (2) TABLESPOONS OF butter shopping list
- (1)CUP OF THINLY sliced mushrooms shopping list
- (1/2) CUP OF ONIIONS shopping list
- (1)CLOVE OF garlic,MINCED shopping list
- (2) TABLESPOONS OF butter shopping list
- (1) TABLESPOON OF tomato paste shopping list
- (3) TABLESPOONS OF flour shopping list
- (1) CAN OF beef bouillon SOUP shopping list
- (1)CUP OF sour cream shopping list
- ADD salt AND pepper TO TASTE shopping list
How to make it
- COMBINE (1) TABLESPOON OF FLOUR ,SALT AND PEPPER
- :DREDGE MEAT IN MIXTURE.
- HEAT SKILLET:ADD(2) TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER,
- WHEN MELTED ADD THE SIRLOIN CUBES AND BROWN QUICKLY FLIPPING MEAT TO BROWN ALL SIDES.
- ADD MUSHROOMS,ONIONS AND GARLIC COOK FOR (3) MINUTES OR TILL ONIONS ARE TENDER.
- REMOVE MEAT AND MUSHROOMS FROM SKILLET
- ADD(2) TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER TO PAN DRIPPING,
- WHEN MELTED BLEND IN (3) TABLESPOONS OF FLOUR
- THEN TOMATO PASTE.
- SLOWLY POUR SOUP.STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS
- .ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- RETUN MEAT AND MUSHROOMSTO SKILLET
- STIR IN SOUR CREAM
- HEAT FOR 15 MINUTES
- SERVE OVER NOODLES( I LIKE THE FLAT EGG NOODLE)
