  • (1/2) TEASPOON OF SALT
  • (1/2) TEASPOON OF PEPPER
  • (1-1/2) POUNDS OF BEEF SIRLOIN,CUT IN (1/4) CUBES
  • (2) TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER
  • (1)CUP OF THINLY SLICED MUSHROOMS
  • (1/2) CUP OF ONIIONS
  • (1)CLOVE OF GARLIC,MINCED
  • (2) TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER
  • (1) TABLESPOON OF TOMATO PASTE
  • (3) TABLESPOONS OF FLOUR
  • (1) CAN OF BEEF BOUILLON SOUP
  • (1)CUP OF SOUR CREAM
  • ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions
  1. COMBINE (1) TABLESPOON OF FLOUR ,SALT AND PEPPER
  2. :DREDGE MEAT IN MIXTURE.
  3. HEAT SKILLET:ADD(2) TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER,
  4. WHEN MELTED ADD THE SIRLOIN CUBES AND BROWN QUICKLY FLIPPING MEAT TO BROWN ALL SIDES.
  5. ADD MUSHROOMS,ONIONS AND GARLIC COOK FOR (3) MINUTES OR TILL ONIONS ARE TENDER.
  6. REMOVE MEAT AND MUSHROOMS FROM SKILLET
  7. ADD(2) TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER TO PAN DRIPPING,
  8. WHEN MELTED BLEND IN (3) TABLESPOONS OF FLOUR
  9. THEN TOMATO PASTE.
  10. SLOWLY POUR SOUP.STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS
  11. .ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  12. RETUN MEAT AND MUSHROOMSTO SKILLET
  13. STIR IN SOUR CREAM
  14. HEAT FOR 15 MINUTES
  15. SERVE OVER NOODLES( I LIKE THE FLAT EGG NOODLE)

Your kidding, right? Dredge 1 1/2 pounds of beef cubes in 4 teaspoons of dry ingredients?! That's laughable. Is this a typo?
