  • ADD(2) TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER TO PAN DRIPPING,
  • WHEN MELTED BLEND IN (3) TABLESPOONS OF FLOUR
  • THEN TOMATO PASTE.
  • SLOWLY POUR SOUP.STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS
  • .ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • RETUN MEAT AND MUSHROOMSTO SKILLET
  • STIR IN SOUR CREAM
  • HEAT FOR 15 MINUTES
  • SERVE OVER NOODLES( I LIKE THE FLAT EGG NOODLE)

    Your kidding, right? Dredge 1 1/2 pounds of beef cubes in 4 teaspoons of dry ingredients?! That's laughable. Is this a typo?
