How to make it

  • Place about 1 cup water and 1 cup rice wine vinegar into a pot and heat to a boil, add about one cup of sugar.
  • In a seperate bowl mix up a slurry water. Now, add about 1 TBSP of soy sauce to the slurry.
  • Now add the this mixture to your sugar water. Taste and add any other flavors you would like.
  • You could also add some ginger.

    You also need some rice wine vinegar for the "Sour" in "Sweet and Sour". Simple recipe, though.
