Ingredients

Soy sauce

Rice wine vinegar

sugar

water

slurry

Directions

Place about 1 cup water and 1 cup rice wine vinegar into a pot and heat to a boil, add about one cup of sugar.

In a seperate bowl mix up a slurry water. Now, add about 1 TBSP of soy sauce to the slurry.

Now add the this mixture to your sugar water. Taste and add any other flavors you would like.

You could also add some ginger.

You also need some rice wine vinegar for the "Sour" in "Sweet and Sour". Simple recipe, though.
