How to make it

  • Fry trimmed wings in deep fryer,
  • Put garlic cloves through a garlic press, and used Kosher salt rubbed into the garlic with the back of a knife, until a smooth paste forms.
  • In a saucepan, heat hot sauce and butter until melted. Add garlic paste and cayenne pepper to taste.
  • Toss with fried chicken wings...enjoy!
