Mustard Chicken Variation 2

- 1 c dijon or spicy mustard shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 4 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp herbes de prevence or dried thyme shopping list
- 6 dark meat chicken parts (legs and thighs separated) shopping list
- 1 bunch curly parsely shopping list
- 1 medium sized red onion sliced shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- foil cut into 6 12 inch squares shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first five ingredients in a bowl.
- Lay out foil squares on a flat surface or work on a few at a time. Place two pieces of chicken in the center of each foil. Salt and pepper to your liking. Add a few sprigs of parsley and a couple of onion slices on top of the meat.
- Drop mustard mixture evenly among the chicken. Fold the sides of the foil upwards to create foil packets.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Serve indivually with rice and favorite sides. Careful for steam when opening packets.
