1 avocado

1/3 quart whole milk

stevia sweetener to taste (a little bit'll do ya!)

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

1 scoop protein powder (optional, but healthy)

ice

Serves 1 ....or 2 if you want to share

Directions

Blend.

Pour into chilled glass.

That's it!
