This is very sweet but a real crowd-pleaser. The sauce goes great on the potatoes too.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 teapoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon up to 1/2 tsp if desired
  • 8 potatoes, peeled and cut into the shape of orange wedges
  • 1 chicken, cut-up

Directions
  1. Bring the first five ingredients to a boil. Let it boil until it rises
  2. to the top of the pan. Immediately take off the burner. Set aside.
  3. Place the potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with chicken pieces. Pour the honey mixture over chicken and potatoes.
  4. Bake in a 350° F. oven for 30-45 minutes or until done.
