Raisin Pudding Pie

- 1 cup of raisins shopping list
- 1 pkg. of regular or instant vanilla pudding( the 6 servings size) shopping list
- 2 cups of milk shopping list
- 1 cup of thawed Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 tsp. of lemon juice shopping list
- 1/8 of a tsp. of cinnamon shopping list
- 1 baked 9" pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Pour boiling water over the raisins to cover. Let them stand for 5 min. Then drain well.
- Prepare pie filling mix by using 2 cups of milk. Chill thoroughly.
- Fold in Cool Whip, lemon juice, cinnamon, and the raisins.
- Spoon into pie shell. Chill for 3 hours.
