Lemon Dill Vinaigrette

A great mild, not overpowering dressing for fresh greens of your choice or as a marinade for salmon or chicken.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 or 2 Tbsp dried dill weed shopping list
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard (Grey Poupon or spicy brown shopping list
- mustard are best) shopping list
- 1-2 tsp finely chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except the olive oil. After mixing
- well, add the oil.
