  • BEEF SHORT RIBS 2.5 POUNDS
  • ONION ONE WHOLE
  • SALT AND PEPPER
  • GARLIC TO TASTE
  • FLOUR
  • BEEF STOCK

Directions
  1. SAUTE ONION AND GARLIC
  2. FLOUR RIBS AND BROWN IN OIL
  3. ADD STOCK AND PLACE IN 325 OVEN
  4. COOK UNTIL FORK TENDER
  5. DEFAT BROTH ADD REHEAT TO DESIRED CONSISTENCY
  6. SERVE WITH RICE OR MASHED TATERS
