How to make it

  • Chop all veggies.
  • Saute Onion, garlic, bell peppers and tomatoes together in large pot.
  • Add palm oil then coconut milk.
  • Mix in seasonings though season to taste.
  • Add shrimps and herbs last.
  • Cover and cook for about 5 mins then enjoy!

    Hey, I hope all is well. In regards to the coconut stew I normally dont saute tomatoes but when I do this dish I just throw it together. It comes out good either way. Enjoy!

    Thanks for the buddy invite. Its really good and easy. If you cant eat shrimp there's the Brazilian coconut chicken stew I posted instead. ;)
