How to make it

  • The preparation is the same with the addition of 1/4 cup dry white wine to step 2 with the parsley.
  • The mussels, shrimps or lobster pieces are added to the tomato sauce at the very end of the simmering period.
  • Again, red pepper flakes are used in this sauce with amount varying to one's taste of spiciness.
  • Top with freshly grated formaggio parmigiano-reggiano.
  • Bon Appetit!
