Ginataang Alimasag - Crabs In Coconut Milk

- 4 lbs crabs shopping list
- 8 cups coconut milk shopping list
- 1/8 cup cooking oil shopping list
- 4 large cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 3 tbs ginger, julienned shopping list
- 3 tbs white onions, minced shopping list
- 3 pcs jalapeno pepper shopping list
- 2 tbs rock salt shopping list
- spinach leaves (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and clean crabs, discard carapace and claws then set aside.
- Saute garlic in oil until light brown.
- Add onions then crabs. Stir well until crabs change color.
- Add coconut milk and jalapeno pepper.
- Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt.
- Add spinach and continue simmering for 1 minute.
