Shaped Dinner Rolls

- 1 -16 oz. loaf of frozen white bread dough (thawed) shopping list
- Pam cooking spray (butter flavored) shopping list
- Soft butter shopping list
- flour shopping list
- 12 cup muffin pan shopping list
- Baking sheet shopping list
How to make it
- To make Cloverleaf Rolls:
- Divide dough into 12 equal pieces then divide each piece into 3 pieces.
- Shape each dough piece into a ball.
- Place 3 balls in each of 12 PAM coated muffin cups.
- See Photo.
- For baking, follow the dough package cooking instructions.

- To make Fan Rolls:
- Roll dough on a floured surface to 13 x 9 inch rectangle. Spray with PAM. Cut rectangle lengthwise into 6 strips, each 1 ½ inches wide. Stack strips evenly. Cut into 12 pieces, each about 1 inch wide. Place cut sides down in each of 12 PAM coated muffin cups.

- To make Crescent Rolls:
- Roll dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12 inch round. Spray with PAM. Cut dough round into 12 wedges. Roll up wedges, starting with wide end. Place point sides down on a PAM coated baking sheet. Curve ends to form crescent shape.

- For baking, follow the dough package cooking instructions.

- To make Crown Rolls:
- Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Shape each dough piece into a ball. Place one ball in each of 12 PAM coated muffin cups. Cut balls into quarters with kitchen shears, cutting almost to bottom of each ball. Spray tops with PAM.

- Helpful Hint:
- Serve rolls in a basket with a festive cloth napkin. To help keep the rolls warm, line the basket with foil, and then place the napkin over the foil.
