Mint is just as good as lemon is in iced tea... if not better... great on hot days... its at least worth one try!

Ingredients
  • 2 family size tea bags
  • 10 mint leaves minced
  • 1 cup of sugar or splenda (optional)
  • garnish by the glass with mint leaf makes 8 glasses

Directions
  1. I do this in a coffeemaker because minced mint leaves need to be strained
  2. brew tea bags and mint together should take about 10 min
  3. puor into regular sized pitcher 64oz
  4. fill pitcher rest of the way up
  5. add cup of sugar or splenda and stir until disolved
  6. place in refrigerator for a few hours the colder the better
  7. serve in tall glass with ice to the top
  8. garnish with 1 mint leaf
  9. cool off in style and relax the yard looks awesome... good job!
