I love mangoes! We had a priest (I'm Catholic) from the Phillipines who would give us dried mangoes when we would visit him. I love them dried, and fresh ones are wonderful, too! This sounds like a delicious recipe and I would love to try it. I am not sure what 'all-purpose cream' is, but I have some Filipino friends that have made some dishes with something called 'table cream' which is canned and I can find it in our Hispanic section at the grocery store. Is this this same thing? Thanks! - Natalie
