Juicy Well Done Burgers

- 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef that is 80 percent lean. You want the highest fat content ground beef you can get. shopping list
- 1 slice of white bread with crust cut off. shopping list
- 2 tbl milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic through a press shopping list
- 2 tsp of A1 sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Cube the bread but leave out crust. Mix the bread and the milk together with a fork until it looks like a paste.
- To that, add salt, pepper, garlic, and A1. Mix.
- Add the meat and mix well with your hands.
- Divide into 4 and make patties.
- Press a divot into the center of each patty about a third of the size of the patty and pressing it down to half the patty thickness. This will make the burger flat during cooking.
- 6 minutes on each side on the grill or until well done.
