Juicy Well Done Burgers Recipe
Saw this on tv. How to made a well done hamburger that is JUICY.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef that is 80 percent lean. You want the highest fat content ground beef you can get.
  • 1 slice of white bread with crust cut off.
  • 2 tbl milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic through a press
  • 2 tsp of A1 sauce

Directions
  1. Cube the bread but leave out crust. Mix the bread and the milk together with a fork until it looks like a paste.
  2. To that, add salt, pepper, garlic, and A1. Mix.
  3. Add the meat and mix well with your hands.
  4. Divide into 4 and make patties.
  5. Press a divot into the center of each patty about a third of the size of the patty and pressing it down to half the patty thickness. This will make the burger flat during cooking.
  6. 6 minutes on each side on the grill or until well done.
