How to make it

  • Cube the bread but leave out crust. Mix the bread and the milk together with a fork until it looks like a paste.
  • To that, add salt, pepper, garlic, and A1. Mix.
  • Add the meat and mix well with your hands.
  • Divide into 4 and make patties.
  • Press a divot into the center of each patty about a third of the size of the patty and pressing it down to half the patty thickness. This will make the burger flat during cooking.
  • 6 minutes on each side on the grill or until well done.
