Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb cooked shrimp
  • 2 tea paprika
  • 1 cup p-nut oil
  • 1 tabl red pepper
  • 1 teas black pepper
  • 1 teas white pepper
  • 3 jalapinos chopped
  • 1 hobinaro chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 teas salt
  • 6 cloves garlic mincd
  • 1 lb smoked link sausage choppd 1/2 inch pices
  • 4 shallots chopped
  • 1 bll peppe chopd
  • 3 cups rice
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 5 cups chicken broth

Directions
  1. heat oil,add onions,shallots,bell peppers, jalapino,haberno,sausage,paprika salt and peppers
  2. saute well
  3. add rice broth bring to boil
  4. reduce heat to low cover
  5. don't touch for 20 - 25 minutes
  6. ck rice stir with fork to fluff
  7. add shrimp, just before serving mix in
