sausage and shrimp jamabalaya

- 1 1/2 lb cooked shrimp shopping list
- 2 tea paprika shopping list
- 1 cup p-nut oil shopping list
- 1 tabl red pepper shopping list
- 1 teas black pepper shopping list
- 1 teas white pepper shopping list
- 3 jalapinos chopped shopping list
- 1 hobinaro chopped shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 1 teas salt shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic mincd shopping list
- 1 lb smoked link sausage choppd 1/2 inch pices shopping list
- 4 shallots chopped shopping list
- 1 bll peppe chopd shopping list
- 3 cups rice shopping list
- 1 bell pepper shopping list
- 5 cups chicken broth shopping list
How to make it
- heat oil,add onions,shallots,bell peppers, jalapino,haberno,sausage,paprika salt and peppers
- saute well
- add rice broth bring to boil
- reduce heat to low cover
- don't touch for 20 - 25 minutes
- ck rice stir with fork to fluff
- add shrimp, just before serving mix in
