Creamy Tuna Casserole Recipe
This is something my Mom used to make when I was a kid, its so good! I have amde a few variations to it however.

Ingredients
  • Egg Noodles 16oz
  • 1 15oz Can Sweet Peas
  • 16oz Mild or Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • Family Size Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 12oz Canned Light Tuna in Water
  • *Potato Chips (You can crush some up and put this on top of the casserole right before putting it into the oven. Makes a nice crunchy texture, and a little bit more flavor.

Directions
  1. Preheat Heat Oven to 325
  2. Boil Noodles per package instuctions, drain
  3. Combine Tuna, Cheese, and Cream of Chicken in micorwave safe bowl. Stir together and microwave until everything look pretty well melted and will mix easily. Hard to give a difinative time since all mocrowaves have different wattage and so on.
  4. After the mixture is creamy enough, add noodles and drained sweet peas to the bowl. Mix together well and pour into a glass casserole dish.
  5. *Add potato chips to the top if desired
  6. Bake until top is slightly golden brown, 15-25 minutes.
  7. Cool, serve and enjoy!
