How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together and allow to stand for at least 4 hrs before putting them on the grill. Take out of fridge and form into 2 inch flat shapes and stick 2 on a skewer. Grill until desired doneness.
  • For reduced fat turkey version omit olive oil, add 1/4 cup of chicken stock and 2 TBS off egg beaters to replace fat. And for heart healthy version omit salt and use 1 tsp aleppo pepper ground.
  • For dipping sauce use:
  • low carb: 1/4 cup of mayo,1 TBS chopped mint,2 serranos mixed together.
  • Reduced fat: use lowfat yogurt instead of mayo.
