How to make it

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat add the olive oil,onion,poblano and saute for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and saute another 2 minutes. Lower heat and add the d'arbol pepper and tomato sauce and simmer for 45 minutes stirring frequently. Add the parsely and lemon juice when done.
  • Serve over grilled lobster or use as a seafood sauce with linguinne by adding fresh shellfish and cooking in the sauce.
