Fra diavlo sauce

- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 poblano diced shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp crushed d'arbol peppers shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced onion shopping list
- 4 cups of fresh tomatoes skinned and seeded shopping list
- 2 TBS fresh parsely shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucepan over medium heat add the olive oil,onion,poblano and saute for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and saute another 2 minutes. Lower heat and add the d'arbol pepper and tomato sauce and simmer for 45 minutes stirring frequently. Add the parsely and lemon juice when done.
- Serve over grilled lobster or use as a seafood sauce with linguinne by adding fresh shellfish and cooking in the sauce.
