Creamy Cucumber Barbecue Potatoe Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Wash potatoes, slice them with skin off 1/4 inch slice
  • place on sheet of tin foil
  • add butter and garlic salt or powder
  • wrap tight in tin foil
  • put on barbecue on medium heat
  • rotating every 5 minutes
  • once the potatoes are soft remove from the barbecue and out of the tin foil and add the creamy cucumber dressing to suit
  • and enjoy and once you have it you would want it again and again
