Ingredients
  • 4 mackerel
  • 60g butter
  • grated rind and juice of one orange
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • grated onion
  • 1 orange, cut into wedges

Directions
  1. preheat oven 375f-190c
  2. mix butter, garlic salt, onion, orange juice and rind
  3. rinse fishes and pat dry
  4. divide butter between fish
  5. spread in cavity
  6. wrap fish in foil
  7. bake for 30min
  8. serve with orange wedges
