oven baked mackerel

orange and mackerel go together rather well
Ingredients
- 4 mackerel shopping list
- 60g butter shopping list
- grated rind and juice of one orange shopping list
- 2 tsp garlic salt shopping list
- grated onion shopping list
- 1 orange, cut into wedges shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven 375f-190c
- mix butter, garlic salt, onion, orange juice and rind
- rinse fishes and pat dry
- divide butter between fish
- spread in cavity
- wrap fish in foil
- bake for 30min
- serve with orange wedges
