Ingredients

1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 1/2 c sour cream

1 c mayo

1 pkg Knorr veg soup mix

3 green onion, chopped

1 c water chesnuts, chopped (optional

Directions

Thaw spinach and squeeze dry otherwise the dip will be runny

Mix with the remainder of the ingredients

Cover and refrig for at least 2 hours so it can set up.

Yep! That's the classic dip. My mom used to make it and she got it from her best friend. I remember the night she came home from the party. She had to go right out and buy the Knorr soup mix and make the dip so I could taste it. Good memory! Thank you!
