Ingredients
  • 2Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1-1/2 Cups Saltines Crackers,crushed
  • 1 Cup Tart Apple,peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Onion,finely chopped
  • 2 Pounds Bulk Sausage

Directions
  1. In bowl,blend,eggs,milk,crackers,apple,onion.
  2. Add the pork sausage and mix well.
  3. Lightly press into a 6 cup dish or mold.
  4. Invert onto a lightly greased baking pan,remove mold.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour,or until juices run clear.
  6. Drain,slice,serve.
