Ingredients
  • 3/4 # beef sirloin steak
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cups broccoli flowerets

Directions
  1. Slice beef across the grain into very thin slices
  2. Cook beef and garlic until browned
  3. Add onion and cook 5-10 minutes, stirring often
  4. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce
  5. Heat to boiling and add broccoli
  6. Reduce heat to low
  7. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until
  8. vegetables are tender
  9. Note:This can be served over cooked rice, noodles or as is
