How to make it

  • Slice beef across the grain into very thin slices
  • Cook beef and garlic until browned
  • Add onion and cook 5-10 minutes, stirring often
  • Stir in soup, water and soy sauce
  • Heat to boiling and add broccoli
  • Reduce heat to low
  • Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until
  • vegetables are tender
  • Note:This can be served over cooked rice, noodles or as is
