- 3 pounds of trout or sea bass or catfish or brim shopping list
- creole seasoning emerill lagasse or tony chacheres shopping list
- 3 tbl olive oil shopping list
- 2 egg yolks, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup melted margerine shopping list
- 2 tbl juice of lemon shopping list
- 1 cup cooked chopped shrimp shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms shopping list
How to make it
- season fish in baking pan and add olive oil.
- bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. as fish bakes, prepare sauce.
- to make sauce. place egg yolks in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water and gradually add melted margarine, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. add lemon juice,shrimp,crab meat,mushrooms and seasoning to taste..
- stir and cook for about 10 minutes to heat throughly.
- place baked fish on a platter and cover with sauce.
- yields 6 servings
